Join us on Thursday, May 21st from 5:00–7:00 PM in the Piazza at Birravino for a Taste of Sardinia.
Spend the evening with the Banville family, proud owners of Pala Winery, for a special tasting that celebrates the rich winemaking heritage of Sardinia.
Founded in 1950 in Serdiana, Pala has long been a cornerstone of Sardinian wine culture. In 2024, the estate began an exciting new chapter under the leadership of Lia Tolaini-Banville, whose deep respect for tradition is matched by her vision to elevate the winery’s global presence.
Rooted in Sardinia’s rugged, sun-soaked landscape, Pala champions native varietals such as Vermentino, Cannonau, Nuragus, and Monica.
The tasting is complimentary, and reservations are not required, but are recommended if you would like to join us for dinner after.
