Founded in 1845, Ippolito is Calabria’s oldest winery, rooted in the historic vineyards of Cirò Marina near the Ionian Sea. Family-owned for over 160 years, the winery is dedicated to preserving indigenous Calabrian grapes through sustainable farming and innovative winemaking, producing elegant wines that reflect the region’s rich heritage and terroir.
